Picture 1 - Me
Today I woke up at 6 o'clock in order to give me enough time to get ready to take my first image. The first image was of me standing in front of my window looking out at the surrounding houses while my room is pitch black. The image was very straight forward and captured with ease. The settings were an ISO of 100. ISO is how sensitive the sensor on the camera is to light. Having a high ISO increases the amount of noise in the image. Therefore i stuck with 100 as my ISO. I used an aperture of f/4 and a shutter speed of 2 seconds. After that I had nothing to do but wait until tomorrow as that was the date allowed for the recording outside. Today I realised that although the eye doesn't see it, there is barely enough light to record before sunrise. In the future this will help me plan for shots that are shot early morning.

Today I woke up and collected my gear and left the house at 7:48. From their I walked around a mile towards the place of the second image.
Picture 2 - The camera
After walking to the area of the next image, the sun had began to rise as it was 8:10am. I decided that for this image I wanted the sun to be behind me so I made sure to point the camera in the direction of the sun. At this point in time there wasn't enough light to work with so I made sure that composition was right and I had a couple of first attempts. They were too dark for me to be able to have an appropriate shutter speed so I needed to wait. In the meantime I quickly captured the setup. As you can see, the camera is pointed towards the sun. This caused an issue as now the light was blocked from hitting the subject of the image. In the end I had to turn the camera around in order to make sure that my subject was well lit. This meant that the A19 was in frame. However, by using an aperture of 6.3 the background was out of focus enough to make the road blend away. The image ended up being better than I had hoped for and I believe that it was one of the most successful out of all of the images that i had taken that day.Picture 3 - The Bridge
My next image was an image of a bridge inside of the dene. I had to walk far into the dene in order to find the bridge. To capture the image my settings were ISO 500, F/4 and 1/400. I used a fast shutter speed in order to freeze the frame and make sure there was no shake in the image. I underexposed the shadows so I was able to retain as much highlights as possible.
Production was very basic and didn't require much time as it was already planned out before hand by my sketches. The three images will work well together but the main poster will be the second one. I believe that is the most informative. Although the aim is to show the journey of taking the images, the one with just the camera in is the most informative. When the audience look at the image they experience escapism fact of being able to do it themselves. They receive the informative look of what camera brand to trust, therefore creating a personal relationship with the brand. This image will help the Canon brand bond to the audience and will unconsciously make them remember the brand, because of the story.
